General Guidelines for Vendors

1. The selected vendors will produce all original work.
2. All graphics, animation films, etc. that you make for our company will be the exclusive property of our company (RMN Company). However, we can consider giving credit (acknowledgement) to your company / artists on the Website or the other media where this work will be used.
3. You need to show us pencil work first and then the computer-generated colored graphics in high-res for our approval. Similarly, you will first show us the raw output for animation films.
4. You should have full arrangement for all technical areas of graphics and animation including storyboarding, script writing, voice over services, translation, music, CD / DVD production, etc.
5. You will give us a time schedule for completion of each project and deliver the output as per that schedule.
6. You will also make a process for taking raw inputs from us, approvals, and so on till the final delivery.
7. Although we are looking for a long-term support from the selected vendors for our future projects also, RMN Company will have the right to discontinue the relationship with you / your company in the event of any dispute.

Our Pricing Offer

• Selected vendors will be paid Rs. 1,000 per illustration having single or multiple characters.
• For one panel in a comic book page or comic strip, we will pay you Rs. 300 per panel.
• For one-minute 2D animation film, we will pay you Rs. 3,000. But if one animation film is for 5 minutes or more, we will pay you Rs. 2,000 per minute of animation.
• The payment will be made to you when at least an amount of Rs. 15,000 is due.

Note: The above prices are our offer. However, you will get preference if your rates are lower than the rates that we offer.

Conversion rate: 1 US$ = Rs. 62 approximately
